With the rapid advancement of intelligent technologies, the construction machinery industry has achieved a major breakthrough. On March 28, 2025, Qingdao Haiyuehui Technology Co., Ltd. officially launched its unmanned remote-controlled excavator. Featuring innovative technologies such as 300-meter ultra-long remote control, real-time image transmission, and electromagnetic absorption devices, it redefines the standards of safety, efficiency, and precision in construction operations. This solution is designed for high-risk scenarios including mining, unexploded ordnance disposal, and emergency rescue. Figure 1. Excavator Overview
Ultra-long-range operation for enhanced safety
Conventional excavators often operate in hazardous environments with
risks like collapses and explosions. However, Haiyuehui's unmanned
remote-controlled excavator enables 300-meter ultra-long-distance
operation, allowing precise control from safe zones to eliminate
personnel risks. Its military-grade anti-interference communication
system ensures stable signals in complex environments, significantly
enhancing reliability under extreme working conditions. Figure 2. Remote Operation

Electromagnetic attachment for multi-functional applications
The innovative integration of a high-power electromagnetic chuck enables
switching between bucket and magnetic modes, achieving efficient
handling of metal scraps, ferromagnetic materials, and particularly bomb
fragment clearance - boosting operational efficiency by over 50%. Figure 4. Electromagnetic Attachment Structure
The advent of unmanned remote-controlled excavators marks a significant leap toward intelligent, automated construction. As technology continues to advance, these systems will demonstrate greater value across more applications, injecting robust momentum into industry development.
